Distribution List - Send on Behalf Of

Hello,
I am looking to add a "Send on Behalf" to a Distribution List we have called "London Trading Support". I have heard that I have to create a Security Group instead of a Distribution Group, however, I cannot find this in the Administration Centre and many lines of Powershell code do not seem to be working.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

If this is for BPOS environment, here is the command to grant "Send on behalf" permissions.

Regards, Chandra.While the article explains granting this permission only to users, please note that it also works for groups.
