Wont let us log in

יום רביעי 20 יוני 2012 17:28Ok my best friend and his father own a small business and I now work for them. We are unable to log in to our outlook. Like we can get in enough to where I can look at our business contacts and add contact but that is it. It will not allow us to send email or recieve emails and every time we try and log in it says the password is not right however, the password has always and will always be the same. Im confused and cant figure out how to get it working again we have had to revert to using gmail for the the time being. Anyone have any clue how to get this problem fixed?

Is many reason why your Outlook wont work properly. We do not know witch ASP youre using and what kind of Account configured.
If youre using free account, first install his free tool CodeTwo Outlook AutoConfig
Or read articles from this page explain what is all about.

יום חמישי 21 יוני 2012 15:07ok so we have configured it already. We have a pop server and what is happening is that it is not accepting our passwords which i think may be the root of the problem. Any advice from there?
