    Hello,

    We have a fax solution which places faxes in a user's inbox. To put them into a public folder from an account it sends to I made a rule which works on existing messages on the inbox, but not new messages as they are not actually email.

    Does anyone know how I could set it to run the rule on existing messages every so often or a better solution if applicable?

    Hi,

    Use Outlook to send Fax, Home ribbon – New Items – More items – Internet Fax, this fax will recognition as an email, so we can make a moving rule for it as normal message.

    In additioin, you may also share the mailbox to all users rather than move to public folder. Or create a shared mailbox in Exchange 2007/2010.
