SharePoint 2010 - SSRS Integration - Set Server Defaults Access Denied

Hello,
I've recently set up a development farm (1 x web/app server & 1 x SQL server) and have installed SSRS in Integrated Mode.
All seems to be ok apart from when I try to access the Set Server Defaults page in SP Central Admin I get an access denied message:
Error
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.
Correlation ID: 79875051-411b-4ebe-a8f8-2746eec52d66
Date and Time: 5/30/2012 1:01:49 PM
The strange thing is that I can access this page when logged onto Central Admin with the account I installed SP and SQL under. If I use any other account, even if they are SQL sysadmins or members of the SP Farm Admins group (and local admins on the server) I get the access denied.
I've researched this and some have suggested this is down to disabling loopback but this hasn't made any difference to the issue.
Has anyone else suffered this problem?

Hello Etala,
I have done some research on the issue you're experiencing and believe that it is likely related to the delegation of the account that is running the Reporting Services service, or perhaps an IIS application pool identity. Given that one account works, it seems to indicate the former condition. I would recommend reviewing these configuration documents to be sure that the delegation requirements are being met for these accounts:

Thanks!
