  Where was the SWM rule created, at the parent or child site?

  So if you can see that data at the child primary site, you should be able to see that that same child primary is forwarding the data to the centeral site too via the log files. Have you look at them does it say anything? (I not longer have any SMS 2003 Sites. only CM07 and CM12)

  I could see in the SWMPROC.log that it's been 2007834 hrs since the last update was sent to central server.

  Even tried by resteting the child site but no luck.

  Have you looked to see if any data is flowing between the child site and the central site?
