  The properties additive , semi additive and non additive are not specific to the fact but to the measure

  and additive measyre would be count of orders in a  store.

  A semi additive would be the account balance of a customer in bank

  Non additive is a measure which cannot be grouped e.g if an email id which is stored as a fact.
