How to get the latest version of Integration services for a Hyper-V host ?

We have a few Hyper-V hosts spread across 3 clusters. I would like to make sure that the latest Integration services are in use by the host and the VMs. (I can update the VMs from the Hyper-V manager by loading the iso file). How do I make sure the ISO file on the host is the latest one available ?
..and if its not the latest, how do I update the ISO file to the latest one ?

Hi,
If you have the latest version of service pack(or Windows Updates) installed on the Hyper-V, you get the last version of Integration Services ISO.

1) Is there a link you can give us to check for the latest version
2) I know we have the latest service pack and updates on the Hyper-V host. Now I get confused about this list of updates: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/1349.hyper-v-update-list-for-windows-server-2008-r2.aspx and
I am not sure how many of these are really required, which may be ignored, and which will affect the versions of Integration services.
