    Hi,


    Firstly, please check if your mouse works properly in other computers. If not, you can double check your mouse and it may be already corrupted.


    If the issue just occurred on this computer, please open device manager, uninstall your mouse, unplug it, plug it in and your mouse will be reinstalled automatically.


    If issue persists, you can test the issue in Safe Mode and Clean Boot Mode.
