    Recently i have problem with printer spooler service. It constantly stops and i couldn't print or add any new printer. I found some solutions on internet and fix priter sooler service and now is working. The problem is that i still can't install any printer. Installations starts normally windows does recognize new hardware and model of printer but can't install. I try latest drivers from manufacturers website but still nothing. So my printer spooler service is working,i can add printer but drivers will not install.I try three different model of printers.

    Any help would be nice!!

    Hi,

    From your description, I understand that the printer can be added into “Devices and Printers”, but it cannot print anything. If I misunderstand anything, please let me know.

    This issue occurs can be caused by the driver of the device has not been installed correctly.

    You can update the driver of the printer via Windows Update.

    If the issue persists, I suggest contacting the manufactory to find the compatibility driver for Windows 7 64-bit.
