    Server monitor resolution will change to 600X800 with 4 bit colour. When someone RDP to server.

    Have tried updating drivers still no luck.

    Hi,

    Please help us to collect the following information so that we can perform the further research.

    1. What’s the operating system on the server computer and the computer you used for remote desktop?
    2. What’s the user account you used for the remote desktop?
    3. Please provide any details you can of your environment.

    By the way, I have many computer with Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2, I can remote desktop into them with proper resolution even if there is no additional drivers installed.

    Hi,

    Thank you for replying.

    The server we have is server 2008 it is HP ProLiant ML330 G6. I connect to server as Administrator or use my account which is also admin account. It is Domain AD server. Also we also have logmein software installed on server to login remotely. I have checked HP website for display drivers.
