    I've got 6 .NET updates that will not install.  Other security updates do install, so it seems to be specific to .NET 2.0 & 3.5.  An extract from the log below; I'm getting error codes 8007064c and 00000645 from the individual installs (these updates are invoked by running the script available here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa387102(v=vs.85).aspx).  Any advice?  Thanks!

    If the installations fail when executed interactively, then this is a .NET Framework issue, not a WSUS issue. One option is to uninstall all of the add-on .NET instances, and reinstall them. Also, sometimes, installing updates one-at-a-time can be helpful when .NET updates are involved.

    Lawrence,

    Thanks for the advice.  BTW, have you ever heard of a reseal operation causing .NET update problems?  I originally created an OS image, updated it then sealed it.  At that time, .NET updates ran fine.  Now, running an instance of that image first executes the second half of the reseal operation, and it's after that process that I see this failure.  Any relationship, do you think?
