Unanswered SCCM in Child Domain IIS

    I have a Primary Site that is working fine.  

    I installed another Secondary Site in a child domain.

    I am using r3 at both sites and the version matches. Using Native Mode.

    I had some problems installing the child site but worked through them (mostly certificate permission issues.)

    I have one server in the child site running all roles , MP, SUP, Site server.

    When i installed the MP I get the following error about Interal Server error.

    Any Ideas?

    The Strange thing is that it seems to fail here
