Hi, have two CAS server on active active configuration using NLB, and two malbox server. The CAS server's have the hub transport, and client access role's.

few days ago, one of the CAS server stop to response to the telnet, the firewall is down so isn't a port block issue. As a result of that, the other CAS server have the processor at 95%.

    any ideas?

Restart the services or reboot the server? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

I rebooted the server, check the

services and are all up. In the event viewer this error appears almost one time in a day

No DNS servers could be retrieved from network adapter 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. Check if the computer is connected to a network and Get-NetworkConnectionInfo returns any results.

And this appears five times this year

Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGYSERVICE.EXE (PID=1440). Error 0x8007267c occurred when DNS was queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain "domain.com"

    Hi
Do you telnet ip of this server or server name of this server ?
According to your error , it is just dns issue not exchange.

Telnet to IP, but DNS works fine.

Solve the issue updating the network driver and the error dissapear.
