    Even if you have everything set the way you want in Outlook, the moons and the planets have to all be aligned in the correct sequence for Message Recall in Outlook to work.  Or, in other words, I think you're wasting your time.

    Hi Ed, thanks for answering.

    Really? oh.. I Miss Novell Groupwise...

    People in the company I work are used to this working well 2 years ago when we had been worked with Novell Groupwise, they won't accept this behaviour in Exchange 2010. I'll continue to "waste" my time trying to minimize the failures of message recalls and looking for more arguments to convince people here (and myself too) that it doesn't works so well as we were used to have in Novell Groupwise.

    Any other ideas?

    Thankyou very much for helping me.

    It will be a hard task for me to convince my boss that Exchange 2010 message cancelling is not as afficient as it is in Groupwise 7 (released in 2005!)
