Hey guys!
According to the following article, "The success or failure of a message recall depends on the recipients' settings in Outlook.".
We need to setup a Outlook 2010 GPO and OWA to make it always possible to cacel a message when it's necessary with success.
Does somebody have it done?
Thankyou in advance.

Even if you have everything set the way you want in Outlook, the moons and the planets have to all be aligned in the correct sequence for Message Recall in Outlook to work. Or, in other words, I think you're wasting your time.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi Ed, thanks for answering.
Really? oh.. I Miss Novell Groupwise...
People in the company I work are used to this working well 2 years ago when we had been worked with Novell Groupwise, they won't accept this behaviour in Exchange 2010. I'll continue to "waste" my time trying to minimize the failures of message recalls and looking for more arguments to convince people here (and myself too) that it doesn't works so well as we were used to have in Novell Groupwise.
Any other ideas?
Thankyou again!

Thankyou very much for helping me.
It will be a hard task for me to convince my boss that Exchange 2010 message cancelling is not as afficient as it is in Groupwise 7 (released in 2005!)
Thanks for any other articles you find ;)
