Hi guys,
I have a quick question, I have a receive connector that allows anonymous connections from specific IP addresses. Where can I find the log entries that show which connections to this receove connector are denied? Loggin is enabled on the connector.
I thought that this would habe to be written either to the "%Program Files%\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\TransportRoles\Logs\ProtocolLog\SmtpReceive" logs or the "%Program Files%\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\TransportRoles\Logs\Connectivity" logs.
When I try to connect to this connector with my IP (thats not listed in the RemoteIPRanges of the connector) I get a "421 4.3.2 Service not available" which is expected. I just want to see this information in a log file.
Is that possible?
Cheers
Sebastian

If a connection isn't made, its not logged. You could enable this type of logging in the Windows Firewall however.
