.net framework 4.0 not enough disk space Even though I have enough space on all drives!!!

Dear all,
I am facing an issue where on internet (Searches) I am not getting propr solutions.
.Net 4 is giving issue " Not enough disk space" I followed all the following steps........
1. Tried from automatic update-failed (Same disk full error)
2. Downloaded full package and tried -Failed (Same disk full error)
3. Extracted and tried to install- failed (Same disk full error)
4. Stopped AV and tried install....failed (Same disk full error)
Please help!!!
