A couple of FPE 2010 questions (safe senders list, rejection messages & SPAM folders)

Afternoon all,
I've a new install of FPE on a 2010 SP1 stand alone Exchange server (on 2008r2).
Safe Senders
I have created a safe senders list in filters\filter lists\allowed senders. It is populated with a mixture of individual emails and domains. The individual emails are entered simply as the email address test@test.com (one per line) and the domains are entered as domain.com one per line.
Hub/Edge Transport is set to Enabled
Unfortunately emails from the domains are continuing to get sent to the quarantine.
Am I doing something wrong?
/edit MS EX Transport needs to be restarted for changes to take affect.
Rejection Messages
When a message is rejected (due to SPAM), the original sender does not seem to get a rejection message.
I've set the "Suspected SPAM to 5-9" and to quarantine messages.
Any ideas? How can I test this?
Outlook SPAM folders
Does a user blocking emails / domains from their outlook client have any impact on FPE?
Thanks a lot for your help (in advance!)
Jason

Hi Jason,
Sorry for bringing inconvenience, but I would suggest you seek the solution in the Forefront for Exchange Server forum, thanks.

By the way, You can go to Monitoring->Server Security Views->Quarantine to get detailed information why mails are quarantined.
