Exchange 2010 - ExRCA tells ActiveSync Error HTTP 500 OPTIONs

Hello togehter,
I´m still looking for a solution with an Exchange 2010 (14.1 Build 218.15) and ActiveSync.
Here is the screenshot from Remote Connectivity Analyzer:
And here the server. I am surprised that there is no entry in the register "Exchange ActiveSync". Is this normal?
Best Practices Analyzer tells me no problem with the configuration. Any infos, where to begin the search für HTTP 5000 and OPTIONS?

I don't know any German, but where are your ActiveSync Directories? You should see something configured under that Exchange ActiveSyn tab. To create a new virtual directory, use this article by Microsoft:
