SP3 cannot be installed over RDP 6.0 MUI PACK (Update for Windows XP (KB925877))

Hi, I encountered the problem trying to install SP3 on fresh installation of XP fully patched / optimized. Regional settings and version is Slovenian.
Error is stating "Service Pack 3 setup has been canceled because XP SP3 cannot be installed over RDP 6.0 MUI PACK (Update for Windows XP (KB925877)) . Before you can continue, you must Uninstall KB925877."
No problem, i understand what to do, but: Catch 22
I have a large number of PC installed at my customers and as is common i delete the uninstall folders of hotfixes and web updates. So I will have big problems uninstalling the KB925877.
Will MS SP3 Team do something about that? Can it be done without uninstalling the mentioned KB? It would be great to.
Or at least can it be done automaticaly, integrated in SP3 setup?
Around the globe there is a large number of PCs where this problem will pop out.

is dealing with the issue of KB925877 and SP3 already.
With deleating the $NTUninstallKB925877$ folder, you're somewhat lost.
You may want to try to copy the folder from a machine that has applied KB925877 without deleting the Uninstall folder onto the other machines and run $NTUninstallKB925877$\spuninst\spuninst.exe from there on the affected machines (Login scripts may be helpfull to "automate" the procedure to some extent).

++ It is exactly what I did, ant it works.
But why first uninstalling something and after installing again in some other package.
