Opening a Word2010 document previously converted with FileConverter in Word2000 gets error

Hi,
When I try to open an original Word 2010 document previously converted with FileConverter - to be able to open it in previous versions Microsoft Word- in a Word 2000. The document shows me ACII code instead of the document indeed.
I dont know why.
I would very grateful if somebody could help me to solve this issue

Hi,
To open Microsoft Word 2010 .docx or .docm files by using Microsoft Office Word 2000, you need to install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats and any necessary Office updates, download link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/starter-help/redir/DC010292290.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA010370115
