Problem with Copy/Paste Within and Between Word Documents

05 Mei 2012 17:40This new problem just appeared this week. The copy/paste function (both the explicit right click copy or the short Ctrl C) seems to have suddenly changed. When copying one section of a Word document to insert it in another area, it looses all formatting and tables just become plain text. I have been using the move function (select the text then drag it to the area you want) for now. But the same problem arises when trying to copy a section from a different Word document. I therefore had to redo all formatting, tables and references. Please help!

Hi Melanie,
This behavior recently was found mostly caused by the previous update of Skype Click to Call, to solve this issue, update to the latest version of Click to Call.(http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/get-skype/on-your-computer/click-to-call/windows/).
Let me know if it address your issue.

I have a similar issue.
That is happening not only in MS Word 2010, but also in Excel ...
Max Meng's solution did not work for me.
