Just Curious, if the disc has been damaged, how did you install the Office?
And for OEM users, please contact the computer manufacturer for helping on this issue. When contacting the computer manufacturer:
1. Verify if your product key is valid
2. Ask for replacement disc since yours is broken. (Or downloadable resource)
Also make sure you are not using the product key for Windows to activate Office products.
