Content Type Workflow published

Hi
I created a reusable WF in SharePoint 2010 Designer and publish it to a content type.
it was published successfully but it was not added to any list using that content type as I expected even when I click:
Update all content types that inherit from this type with these workflow settings
I thought then will all the workflow to the custom lists using that content type but that didn't happen.
The workflow supposed to start in case a field is set to true (start an approval process) then when approved by assigned user another field is set to true.The workflow design is as following:
Also I tried to put an action to wait until approval but I couldn't since there in only wait for current item field.I'm not sure if the workflow I designed could work correctly?
I need to finish this tomorrow hope you can help me...
