Sharepoint 2010 Fundation doesn't process e-mails for e-mail anabled list

  Are you using the April 2012 CU?  There is a known issue in this CU where by if you do not have a Site Quota set (e.g. greater than 0MB), incoming email won't work.  The June 2012 CU solves this, or as a work around, you can set a Site Quota (something high, like 10,000MB).

  We ran into a similar issue and what ended up working for us was simply disabling email for the list and enabling it again.  After that everything flowed out of the drop folder as expected.  Something easy to try and worth a shot.

  Hi

  I disabling email for the list andnabling it again. I try it but not helped.

  I try disable e-mail disable e-mail receiving setings in central administration, reset server and again enable and enable email for the list andnabling it again. It doesn't help again.

  I try to do what Trevor Seward suggest.

  And where is this option in central administration to change  Site Quota?

  I installed June CU for Sharepoint2010 Fundation but i still cannot change e-mail addres for list.

  I disable, put new e-mail address but i can not use old e-mail address again.

  When I wan use old e-mail address for this list I get information:

  You cannot use this e-mail address for this list, because this e-mail address is used.

  I solved some poblem but I still cannot send e-mail to list.

  E-mail message show in C:\inetpub\mailroot\Drop folder on Sharepoint Server. Then I get two event logs:

  Domain account domain\spfadmin on sharepoint server belong to Administrators group, WSS_Admin_WPG, WSS_WPG and can run as sevice.

  domain\spfadmin account has full access to this folder C:\inetpub\mailroot\Drop\.

  So I don't understand this warning.

  After this warning log appear e-mail message in folder C:\inetpub\mailroot\Drop\ dissapear. But no entry apear in email enabled list.

  I've found .... solution.

  When I change the setting of this email enabled list: Accept all e-mail messages from all senders, e-mail messages appear on my list.

  But it is not a solution. I want only selected people can sen e-mail messages to this list.

  My domain account is added to owner of this webside and owner of this list. I added  account domain\spfadmin (this account is secondary sharepoint admin account!) to owner group od this list and return to option Accept only e-mail messages from people that have right to this list  and.... it stop working.

  So now only email enabled list with option Accept all e-mail messages from all senders properly. But it is not admissible on production enviroment. Is it a bug in June cumulative update for Share Point 2010 Fundation?

  I'm still looking for solutions!
