View Excel Doc on Visual Studio Web

My team has created an Excel Document that function as a Dashboard, using Pivot tables and Macros.
My boss has now asked that the Excel Document be posted on our TFS server so that he can view it in the browser and not have to open Excel to use it.
We have tried lots of different solutions, but none seem to work.
Is there a way to open the Excel Document in the Reports Section of TFS in Visual Studio Web?
