Unanswered Wikis - how do I remove targeted audiences

    I've set up three wiki sites now and the first one ended up with a targeted audiences section at the bottom of the page and the other two didn't. It's not a web part. How did I end up with targeted audiences and how do I remove it from my site ?

    Can you post your repro steps? I want to get a repro on my test box. Also, what does the targeted audience section say? Does it look like any wp that you've seen? It would be helpful if you can describe it.
