Windows 7 Upgrade from Vista 32 bit Home Premium

18 Juni 2012 0:33Just purchased Windows 7 Home Premium to upgrade from my current Windows Vista Home Premium. I insert the 32 bit Widows 7 disc, it opens a dialog box asking me to "insert a disc", I do, it formats then stops, nothing else happens, anyone have suggetions on what the problem is?

Hi,
Please let us know more detailed information about the issue. I notice that it required you to insert the disc again after you had inserted the Windows 7 installation disc. Does it mean that you had inserted the same disc twice?
Also, I notice that it performed a formatting. However, did it format your drives successfully? And, there is no need to format your drives when you perform an upgrade.
