I just know that there are Upgrade rights to Windows 7 with each Intune subscription. But I haven't found - neither anywhere on the Internet, nor on my machine enrolled into Intune service (after I have installed Intune Client Software), and also not on the Intune console - any description of the Upgrade rights to Windows 7 or how to take advantage of such rights. Any idea?

    Hello Itzik-iTechCOM,

Thank you for your post. The Windows Upgrade rights is available once a customer purchases Windows Intune or converts from Trial to Purchase. Once it is purchased, you can go back to the Shopping Cart in the Microsoft Online Services Customer Portal and under the actions column you should find the option to "Download Windows and/or MDOP software".  You will find detained instructions in the section "Downloading your Windows 7 Enterprise Upgrade or Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack Add-on" on page 27 of this pdf:

    Thanks,

    Hello Frank,

    Thanks for your reply.

I would also add the following quote from Windows Intune Purchase and Support Guide :
"The Windows software included in Windows Intune is provided on a subscription, non-perpetual basis. If you cancel your subscription, you may purchase the Windows 7 Buyout Option to maintain perpetual use rights to the upgraded Windows 7 license. If you do not wish to purchase the buyout, you will need to uninstall the upgraded version."

    Hi Frank

As of Aug 2011, the link that you posted is redirecting the the generic site : http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsintune/pc-management.aspx

Also, the MOCP that is mentioned above, is not active for my Intune account.

Is there a direct link anyone can provide for the Online Servies DOwnload Site ?

    Check https://mocp.microsoftonline.com

Also, does anyone know of Microsoft Partners with Windows InTune receive upgrade rights for Windows 7 Enterprise?

"NO - partners (since they are not "paying" for the service) do not get upgrade rights to Enterprise.", is what I was told when I went through support channels asking that question.
