Its tough to tell this untill we analyze the crash dump file

Please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidump). One done, post a link here.

Please also start by updating all possible drivers.

if you need further assistance, please understand forum is not the best place for analyzing dump. It’s suggested to contact Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS).

    What is the OS version?

Did you make any hardware/software changes before this which might have caused this?

This is probably due to a bad hardware driver.

You said you tried OS repair?

Wow... people can't read very well here. If you can't boot the system, then you obviously can't update drivers or pull off memory dumps (the second is a little more possible using a live CD of some sort)

Since it is 2003 R2, there is no startup repair... Have you tried booting off of the CD and running chkdsk /r on the C drive from the recovery console?

Also, have you checked the memory for any hardware issues:

    Hello,

    Bug Check Code 0x50: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff559023%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

I would suspect a hardware issue (Mostly a HDD one).

Start by running memtest86+ to check if all is okay with your RAM or not. If an error was detected then replace the faulty RAM or contact your manufacturer Technical Support for assistance.

Also, contact your manufacturer Technical Support for hardware diagnosis especially on your HDD.

You can also contact Microsoft CSS for assistance.
