I get this exact same error when trying to log into an entirely different website (mypaychex.com). The occurs across browsers, but only on that computer. Even from the same network, any other computer can connect without issue.
I'm at a loss why this keeps happening, and there seems to be no answers anywhere.
Brett I do support for MyPaychex. If you ever have problems like this just call us. Our number is on the MyPaychex website, and we would be glad to help you. as for the answer doctor provided. That may work. otherwise our solution is to do an ie reset.
