  • Hi,

Since the menu is but the design, I cannot reproduce you issue. Could you please let me know your IE version? Also please take a screenshot for your “View” menu.

As a test, you could try to reset IE by following steps:

    1. Go to Control Panel –All Control Pane Items - Internet Options.

    2. Choose Advanced tag, click “Reset…” button, click OK in the pop-up box.

    3. Click OK to close Internet Options, then restart Internet Explorer.

If the issue persists, you could try to reinstall IE in Windows Features

    1.       Open Windows Feature.

    2.       Uncheck Internet Explorer then click OK.

    3.       Restart the computer.

    4.       Open Windows Features window by repeating the steps given above.

    5.       Check Internet Explorer then click OK to Start installing the feature

If this is IE9 try enabling the Command bar and right-clicking in it.

Probably not.   What do you see if you press Alt-d, Tab and wait for a Tooltip and then CursorRight and wait for another Tooltip?   ; )
