I recently noticed that when opening links from Outlook, Word files, and other non-IE programs to SVG files that when I click the link IE opens and the URL bar is correctly populated with the url to the SVG file. However, the page appears blank. When the
page is blank like this right-clicking does not display a context menu.
If I hit the refresh button (or press enter while the URL bar has focus) then the page will reload and the SVG content correctly displayed. After this the SVG content is cached and clicking on the link again will open IE and show the SVG content correctly.
Deleting my cached temporary Internet files will cause the bug to happen again.
