    Hi

I Have Exchange 2003 (Cluster 4 node) with Antigen 9 SP 2, now in one of the node after boot, the "Antigenrealtime" process start to exhaust the CPU.

I can´t see any errors in the Event viewer? Where more cam I look, if I Stop the the Store (Realtime Scan Job) in Antigen 9 Scan Job tab, the process became flat again, then a restart one Store (Realtime Scan Job) at time, waiting for cpu to became stable between with restart, the Server became it´s old self.

    HI

I will like to thank Jaime and Fulvio from EMEA Global Technical Support Center for help resolving my problem. this is the solution for my problem:

    PROBLEM:

In a 4 node Passive/Active Cluster, Windows 2003 Sp2 with Exchange 2003 SP2 and Antigen for Exchange 9 SP2, in one node after reboot the CPU´s goes to 100%, the process is “Antigenrealtime”.  This problem only occurs in one of the nodes.

    EXPECTATIONS:

    Investigate the matter.

    ENVIRONMENT:

    4 node Passive/Active Cluster, Windows 2003 Sp2 with Exchange 2003 SP2 and Antigen for Exchange 9 SP2

    (ROOT)CAUSE:

The engine update temporary files are cumulated in the temp folder and never deleted; the antigen process tries to delete them unsuccessfully and goes up to 100% of cpu usage until it crashes

    SOLUTION:

    Delete those files.
