I have seen the step-by-step upgrade procedures, but what I'm looking for is a combination of software & licensing requirements to move from FCS to FEP.
Is there a whitepaper somewhere that will tell me every little detail that needs to be looked at in this regard?
moving from FCS with MOM 2005 to FEP 2010... I have gathered that I need SCCM, but I heared somewhere that there are additional licensing considerations. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that'd be great.

Hi,
There are some guides, basically you need to
- Install SCCM,
- COnfigure SCCM
- install FEP extensions.
- Deploy the SCCM client
- deploy the FEP client

for the licensing part, I would recommend that you contact your Microsoft Licensing sales person/partner as there are many different ways to license FEP with Core CAL and so on.
