Installing ForeFront Client Security manually

Good Morning,
I have a server that had the Forefront AntiMalware client uninstalled. I am trying to install the client manually on the server, but I am having issues doing so. I ran the fcsclient.exe and followed the steps listed in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb404255.aspx including using the /CG and /MS switches. It runs the installer and brings up a command window that looks like it is installing, but it never does. I am assuming I am doing something incorrectly. Any guidance that can be provided would be much appreciated as I need to get this installed so my server is being protected.
The server is a Windows 2003 Standard SP2.
Thank You
Brian Dougherty

Hi Brian,
Thank you for your post.
To reinstall FCS, you need to uninstall FCS client and MOM client.
If there are more inquiries on this issue, please feel free to let us know.

Thank you everyone for the responses. When I attempt to uninstall the MOM client, the uninstall fails and the following is registered in the Event Viewer:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MsiInstaller
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10005
Date: 12/28/2011
Description:
Product: Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 Agent -- Error 25375.Failed to set security for MOM Queue files folder. Error Code: -2147024894 (The system cannot find the file specified.).
I was asking around and our Management server is no longer online, or even in the server rack any longer. Could this be preventing the removal of the agent. If this is the case, would I have to go through and do a removal of all entries for MOM agent on the system?
Thanks

I don't think so. But it seems somthing wrong was happenned for MOM agent. You can manually uninstall it http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc767015.aspx
