The owner of my company wants to start monitoring usage real-time
Can anyone advise how I can setup his desktop to be able to "watch" each user on the network?? We use individual PC's connected to a network server.

Thank you for the post.
I think the most efficient way to do this is to attach your computer's Ethernet connection directly to the "Mirror" port on your switch. And you can install Network Monitor software on that computer to monitor usage real-time.

What are you trying to accomplish? Do you want to see which sites people are going to? Are you trying to prohibit your users from going to certain sites?
Is this ISA Server or TMG or neither? Hi,
Simply assign for your BOSS a role in ISA Server ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb794769.aspx ) , no need to give him full administrator access, ISA Server Monitoring Auditor is more than enough for him, so that he does not mess with the configuration.
With this role, he can have access to the Monitoring > Logging Tab, where he can check in real time to everything your users are trying to access through ISA Server.
