    Hi,
I would like to ask when the device connects back to the server, will it check and reapply the platform lockdown settings?

For example, if I set some in-rom applications to be blocked, eg Word Mobile, IE Mobile.  And the user uses a registry editor to edit the registry such that he can use the Word Mobile (pls assume that the "Block unsigned apps from installing and executing" is not on).

Another example is that of disabling bluetooth.

When the user connects back to the DM server, will the DM server knows that the device does not conform to the policy settings and re-enforced them?

      Thanks.

Yes Policies get applied each time. Have a look at the device history, for your device, in the MDM console. Complete a Connect Now sync... or just wait. Sort the Device History by date/time you can see all the policies being applied. All of them ! It even deletes and re-creates you Wi-Fi connections with each sync.
