Bloccato on my desktop- when I click on a icon , it doesnt open. just a flash, then nothing.

    What can I do to open a icon site on my desktop. I when I click on it ,it just flashes then nothing.I can go to properts and go to open folder site then click on open. then things work. Carl Schultz

          Carl, this is not a general support forum, this is for BPOS to Office 365 transitions.

          Please post this up on a forum for the OS you are utilizing.
