Almost the same that happens after rollup1!?

    What now?::

Outlook Web App didn't initialize. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

    Couldn't find a base theme (folder name=base).

    Anyone?

I had  exact same problem and this one solved my problem:

( you only need do this:
Start an exchange powershell shell and run

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin\UpdateCas.ps1)

    Hope this helps

    sorry, real answer

    stop iis default website

replace (if in default install location, see below):

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa\14.x.x.x\ subfolders

with original folders from exchange install media location

    (DVD Drive):\SETUP\SERVERROLES\CLIENTACCESS\OWA\VERSION\ subfolders

    restart iis default website

    And it should work

Was the RU2 installed with elevated permissions? In my experience updating Rollup with MSP files tend to have trouble with UAC.

I had the same issue with RU1 and now RU2.  I tried copying the themes over and instead of the couldn't find a base theme error, I now get this error

That did no good.  I had to copy all the owa files from  C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa\14.1.255.0 to C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa\14.1.270.1  as a good portion of the files were missing.  I then had to  run Remove-owavirtualdirectory and New-owavirtualdirectory.  All is working well now.
