Seems the integration between Lync and Exchange is borken,did you change anything on your exchange or Lync server，like certificate,IP address, firewall or other configuration?
would you please check your account password or the certificate on your Exchange and Lync server expired?
Additionaly,here is a KB article for your reference(Also it's for Lync online but also available for Lync on-premise).

lunedì 7 maggio 2012 01:23it was an issue with my netscaler. i changed persistance to source ip and it seems to be working now
