    I'm getting this pop up all of a sudden. I was working fine for about a year until now

    Hi,Halo-Next,

    Seems the integration between Lync and Exchange is borken,did you change anything on your exchange or Lync server,like certificate,IP address, firewall or other configuration?

    would you please check your account password or the certificate on your Exchange and Lync server expired?

    Additionaly,here is a KB article for your reference(Also it's for Lync online but also available for Lync on-premise).

    Hi

    If you hold down ctrl while right clicking on the Lync icon and then choose configuration information you will probably see some more datails on whats broken.

    That could also lead you to an answer.

    it was an issue with my netscaler. i changed persistance to source ip and it seems to be working now
