Unanswered bulk liscense through tech soup

    Hello,

    We activated our office 2010 that was purchased through tech soup and your donation program.  All our pC's are now indicating that activation has failed, that we are using in-authenticated versions. I have put in on our license and it still does not accept this as a valid liscense #.  Any tips to try to get it to accept our liscense, I see an error of 0x8007007B Thanks!

    Hi, what is the product that you've installed? 
    Open an Office application e.g. Word, Click File tab | Help.  What is the product name and build number?

    Could you please paste the output from the instructions below?


    Open an elevated command prompt:

    Click the Start button (menu and search box appears)
    Type in CMD (search results including cmd.exe appears)
    Right-click the cmd.exe (flyout menu appears)
    left-click the "Run as administrator" option (UAC prompt appears)
    Click Yes to the UAC prompt (cmd window opens at c:\windows\system32 prompt)

    Gather the information about Office:

    Type in these 3 commands, press enter after each command
    cd %programfiles%
    cd Microsoft office\office14
    cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
