Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010

I bought a new laptop with a microsoft office installed.
at first it state it was a full version.
after 1month it ask for a product avtivation key.
my microsoft version is 14.0.4734.1000 (32-bit)
what do i need to do now?

Hi,
please check your purchase documents and if necessary contact the place of purchase to confirm.
Typically, new computers will be pre-loaded with a trial version of MS Office.
This can be used in trial mode for 30 days, at which time you will either need to choose to purchase a license (product key) which you would type in and this activates your purchase, or, you can revert the pre-load to MS Office Starter edition (which is limited functions/features.
If you paid extra for a full version when you purchased, then you should have been given extra information about how to activate that extra purchase.Don

This is fine accept mine does not accept the license code I have on the back of my discs for MS Professional Pro. Any Further suggestions?
