"Offline address book Connecting to Microsoft Exchange" - Ongoing Connection??

domenica 21 giugno 2009 20:53We moved our small business to the Online Exchange service 2 days ago. All seems to be going well except my Send/Receive progress seems to be stuck all day on "Offline address book Connecting to Microsoft Exchange". Is there something we need to do to correct this? A setting?

As we need to ensure that OAB is being created successfully for your company, the fastest way to resolve the issue would be open a support ticket from the administration portal.

venerdì 26 giugno 2009 02:21Thanks - I have submited a ticket and spent about 2.5 hours on the phone with Tech Support. No one can figure it out. It has gotten so bad that the process to download the OAB goes all day and slows down email receiving. I am canceling the service and going back to my old host.
