SharePoint 2010 ONLINE orphaned site solution

I have SharePoint 2010 ONLINE. It doesn't appear that I have many administrative permissions. I am not sure if as an administrator, I could load up power shell and run commands. I have a few site template solutions that were deleted before they were deactivated and would like to have them removed. In the interim, I have changed the settings here : _Layouts/AreaTemplateSettings.aspx so that the orphaned templates will not show up in the site template wizard. Do I need to put in a help desk ticket to Microsoft to have them clean up these ophaned templates from the database, or is there something I can do? I do see lots of solutions where you have to run power shell commands but I do not have that loaded and have never used it before. I could load it and start to play around but want to make sure this is possible in the ONLINE version.
Suggession?

Hi Sandra,
Unfortunately, this for is for users that are still using BPOS with SharePoint 2007 Online. You will need to either post your question in the Office 365 forums, call into technical support or create a service request regarding the issue.
