Is it possible to build custom templates for change requests and activities?
At the moment Service Manager provides two activities (review and manual activities), we need a activity which supports radio buttons.
Our company has different divisions, each division has her own change request template, including review, manual, and the radio buttons activities. So we need to define change requests templates for each division.
Back to my question, is it possible to build custom templates for change requests and activities?

martedì 16 febbraio 2010 15:25Yes, it's possible to add your own Change templates. This is core functionality and is done directly in the tool.
