Infront Consulting and Inframon tend to do their own high quality training materials and use MVPs and others with real world experience of the products to deliver the training. Well worth a look.

I am interested in an discussion about how companies use the Service Manager.
Our company has about 5000 clients to handle und use SCSM 2010 seit April 2011 and will Upgrade to SCSM 2012 in July 2012.
Anyone interested?
