    Drivers are intrinsic with Windows 7.

    I have seen lots of problems with this device, might need to replace it.

    Windows MVP 2011-12, XP, Vista, 7 and 8.

    Hi  ,

    You may follow these steps and see if it can fix the issue.

    1. Click Start, type Device Manager in the search bar and find your Firewire device “1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller”.

    2. Right-click it and hit Update Driver Software.

    3. Click Browse my computer for driver software. Then, Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

    4. Select the version with (Legacy) at the end and click-through to install it.
