error 0xc004e003

domenica 8 aprile 2012 18:17im having problems with my laptope its just under 2 years old and has decided that the windows 7 software is not gunine coming up with error 0xc004e003 i have about 10 days left before it closes up. i have typed in my product but it dont wanna know. what caused this to start this and how can i resolve it. it keep asking me to pay for software but why should i pay.

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )Once saved, run the tool.Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.- **in your own thread**, pleasePlease also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

venerdì 4 maggio 2012 16:22all done i phoned microsoft and gave me a new number to enter. however i was not given a reason of the error. why did it do it in the first place. not very happy microsoft.

thank you. although going though a number of options i got there in the end and they gave me a new number to type .but no reason given why the error happen in the first place

The usual reason for this is that the anti-virus or firewall software install prevents the proper self-activation of the OEM_SLP Key in use. This is NOT likely to be a Windows problem, but more a problem with your settings, in respect of third-party software.
