Computer Crashes After Being in Sleep or Hibernation Mode

When I reopen the lid of my laptop, the system frequently crashes and restarts automatically.
I've posted the minidump file to SkyDrive.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Can you post a link to the minidump file?
Make sure the minidump file is in a "public folder" "shared with everyone".

The driver that appears to be casuing the crash is the NETw5s64.sys:
BUCKET_ID: X64_0x9F_3_NETw5s64_IMAGE_pci.sys
The NETw5s64.sys is a driver for the Intel wireless adapter.
What you could try is to uninstall the Intel wireless adater driver that is now installed and install the following one which is for the laptop which may be a slightly older version but may work better:
If problem persists you could try Intel for the latest version.
There is an application from Intel in the following link to check for driver updates:
