Features - Question about remote assistance/control.

martedì 7 febbraio 2012 14:36I see in the FAQ on http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windowsintune/faq/default.aspx that a user has to request remote assistance (see Alerts section). As an Administrator, can I not remotely access and control a PC without a user being present? As a consulting/support company, one of our most frequently used tools is remote control software such as VNC or LogMeIn.

Hi Jason,
no, at the moment that's not (hopefully yet) a part of Windows Intune. We're using Teamviewer, but it's basically the same thing as VNC / LogMeIn, to give the same sort of support to our customers.
